Skor Bar Squares Recipe

These Skor Bar squares are the one thing I make that just disappear every time I make them and they don’t come any easier

skor bar squares

2 boxes of Ritz crackers
2 cans of Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 package of Skor bits (you can find them with the chocolate chips in your grocery store)
1 container of icing (optional and your choice of flavours – we prefer either chocolate or buttercream)

1. Break crackers into small pieces (don’t crush them to powder, you want them to still be in pieces) and then put in large mixing bowl.

2. Add the two cans of Eagle Brand to the crushed crackers as well as 1/2 to 3/4 of the pack of Skor chips.
Mix well.

3. Line a 9×9 pan with parchment paper (this makes it easier to get them out later as they stick) and pour the mixture into the pan. Either using your hand or a spatula, press mixture down evenly.

4. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes (or until the edges and top begin to turn golden)

When you remove from the oven they will still be very soft feeling. Leave them to set in the pan for about 20 minutes until they firm up.

Once they are firm, turn them out on a wire cooling rack and remove parchment paper from the bottom. Leave to finish cooling completely on the rack.

When completely cooled, add frosting if desired and then evenly sprinkle the remaining Skor bits over the top. Cut and enjoy!
