Jalapeno Infused Peach Mango Freeze


Jalapeno infused Peach Mango Freeze is the perfect summer or dessert drink. Recipe as is makes three drinks

jalapeno peach mango freeze

1/2 cup jalapeno infused simple syrup (directions below)

1 mango

1 peach

2.5 oz vodka

1 oz peach schnapps

2 cups ice

2 limes

2 jalapenos

1 cup water

1/2 cup sugar


In a small pot on the stove mix 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 cup of sugar and one jalapeno with slits on both sides and bring to boil. Mash jalapeno with spoon while boiling until all sugar is dissolved. Strain all seeds and pepper pieces out of simple syrup and place in fridge to cool.

In a blender mix simple syrup, ice, 1/2 cup of water, pit and peel peach and mango and add to blender. Add vodka, peach schnapps and juice of 1 lime. Blend until smooth.

Rim three glasses with lime and sugar and fill,  then garnish with one slice of lime and one slice of jalapeno.
